Working on getting skype up and running. I just downloaded the software, so you can contact me if you also have it. For those who are unfamiliar with this software, it’s essentially a free “phone” program where you can make phone calls using your computer. It requires speakers and a microphone, as well as a high-speed connection. I will eventually have an account where I can call cell phones – probably sometime in the next few weeks.

Nope, not yet. I’m going to try and get a camera when I get to my apartment, so not until after next week.

we should be able to do this since skype is built into my computer, woohooo, that will be fun. also, i emailed jaisen, julie, carla, jose, laura and john linn at the office and gave them your blog link, maybe you’ll hear from them. i’m trying to get it to mildred, but still checking her email address. tootles, take care, love ya

Already you are the belle of the ball based on your dancing tour de force! Miss you and hope you are settling in and I’m glad you have people around that you enjoy hanging with. When do you slip into your teaching routine? Did the work visa come through yet? Love, Christopher

i just installed skype at this end and checked out the video of myself with the web cam – yikes it’s scarrry! i guess just let me know when we can call you, time of day etc – usually I’m on the computer in the evenings, but any time that works for you is good for us. love ya
